Pan seared scallops buttered lobster, fennel and caviar.
 

Cured Foie gras and Goose terrine, endive marmalade, pears, pistachio and brioche.
 

Wild mushroom and goats cheese croque monsieur, mushroom velouté (v).

 

Cured sea trout, seared Tuna, guacamole and horseradish Chantilly.

Mains​

(All main course served with Pomme Gratin and seasonal veg)


Pan fried halibut, grilled artichoke hummus ,king prawns and champagne prawns bisque.
 

 Grilled fillet of Irish beef, braised cheeks, confit onion, sauce Perigourdine.


Roasted french Goose breast, celeriac remoulade, berry and ginger jus.


Mille-feuille of Provençal vegetables, tomato marmalade and true anglaise (v) .

Desserts

Mille-feuille of Cox apples, calvados and stem ginger ice cream.
 

Dark chocolate and hazelnut mousse, raspberries, hazelnut crumbs, strawberry sorbet.
 

Brioche and banana pudding, toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream.
 

Selection of french cheese.
 

 £ 60 per person
